Wkd 4x10 shift (Wed -Sat 4a-2p) $20.50/Hour Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Clamp Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating clamp trucks and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and organize materials within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, materials handling, and safety protocols to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with OSHA standards. Candidates with experience in warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and order picking are highly preferred. Responsibilities Safely operate clamp trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment for loading and unloading shipments Perform order picking, shipping & receiving tasks, and materials handling with precision Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update records accurately Assist with inventory organization, stacking, and storage in designated warehouse areas Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times during operations Support warehouse supervisors in daily operations and process improvements Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Experience Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as clamp trucks, forklifts, crane, or order picker is required Warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving experience is highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and mechanical systems is preferred Experience with materials handling, heavy lifting, and construction-related equipment is a plus Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations is essential Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not mandatory Candidates should demonstrate mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and troubleshooting This role offers an engaging opportunity for experienced forklift operators committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment. #PROD1
