Pay Rate :

$16.50/hr

Schedule :

7:00 AM - End of Production (Monday-Friday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and bilingual Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a refrigerated produce environment. This role includes operating stand-up forklifts, handling materials, and assisting with general housekeeping duties when production slows. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve pallets Load and unload materials from racks, staging areas, and trailers Support warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping tasks during downtime Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient work area

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Open availability Monday-Friday Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated environments Ability to perform housekeeping duties when production is slow Physically able to lift, push, and pull required weights Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience (certification is a plus)
