We are looking for two Distribution Center Specialists for a top-tier automotive distribution facility. This is a high-level warehouse role that combines technical computer skills with hands-on logistics expertise. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and ready to grow, we want to talk to you! The Distribution Center Specialist is responsible for the precise flow of inventory. You will manage orders from the moment they are picked via RF scanners to the point of shipment, ensuring all data is accurately entered into internal systems. This is a critical role that keeps the supply chain moving.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

Perform accurate cycle counts and manage inventory via RF gun technology.

Shipping & Receiving:

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is correct.

Logistics Tech:

Use Excel, Word, and internal company systems to track orders and communicate with the team.

Material Handling:

Safely operate forklifts to load/unload trailers and stack materials efficiently.

End-of-Line Prep:

Operate floor scales for weight verification and shrink-wrap machines for pallet security. ...

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 4:00

PM Skills:

High level of self-initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Attention to detail regarding inventory numbers and shipping labels. Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications:

Forklift Expertise:

Minimum of 1 year of verified forklift experience Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email. Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English and Spanish.
