You'll stage reels, stack pallets, and keep materials flowing so production and distribution stay on schedule. Overtime is available at time and a half. What you'll do Operate a stand-up reach forklift to pull orders and relocate materials to specified locations. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to confirm equipment is safe and ready. Stack and organize empty pallets, reels, and related materials. Follow OSHA safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times. Immediately report unsafe conditions or behaviors to your supervisor or the safety team. Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and follow direction for various assigned tasks. What you bring At least 1 year of stand-up reach forklift experience, including moving large loads. Ability to safely move full and empty pallets with a reach truck in active work areas. Awareness to spot when routine forklift maintenance may be needed. Reliable attendance and a High School diploma or GED. Forklift license/certification and experience in distribution environments. Work environment & physical demands Loud production setting with exposure to extreme temperatures; some tasks may be outdoors. Frequent repetitive motion, kneeling, crouching, and stooping; regular use of hands to handle tools and controls. Lift up to 50 lbs while bending, twisting, and/or standing for extended periods. Starting Pay :

$20/hr base pay + $2/hr night shift differential. Overtime opportunities available. Time and a half!
