Pinch Flatbed's Midland, TX terminal is actively searching for a qualified forklift operator with additional skills and capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading and unloading 48' Flatbed trailers with a forklift. Responsible for keeping the outside and inside of the facility organized and presentable Assisting drivers in loading and unloading trucks Forklift handling of heavy cargo, loading pipe and piecing together 48' Flatbed trucks with oil field equipment Working with our trucking software entering orders, answering phones, email functions that include communicating with the Pinch team and customers Enforcing safety rules and regulations at the Pinch yard Dispatch functions of CDL drivers in the city of Oklahoma, OK Working with other Pinch terminals to help manage our customers demands

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, & SCHEDULE

High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years full-time work experience 2 years experience in handling heavy cargo, loading pipe and piecing together 48' Flatbed trucks with oil field equipment Able to work a 10-hour shift. Shifts could vary depending on freight demand. Able to work in an outside environment loading trailers, doing freight inventory and keeping the outside facility clean Ability to deal with a sporadic fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills Strong work ethic, solid negotiation and conflict-management skills Ability to function a computer and learn how to work our trucking software Above average email management, computer and typing skills Prior customer service skills Ability to supervise CDL flatbed drivers. Ability to route them through the city if needed, ensure they are following safety rules, ability to coach and train them on Pinch SOPs Safety Sensitive Position / Zero tolerance drug policy
