Spherion Staffing is seeking adaptable, safety-conscious Equipment Operators to join a state-of-the-art distribution facility in Garland, UT. Shift Details & Compensation 1st Shift (Days): 6:00 am - 2:30 pm | $18.50/hr. 2nd Shift (Swings): 3:30 pm - 12:00 am | $19.50/hr.

Peak Season:

Must be available for mandatory Saturdays during peak times.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Expertly operate Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks.

Order Fulfillment:

Utilize RF Scanners for inventory verification and picking.

Team Flexibility:

Be open to supporting other departments during off-peak seasons.

Safety First:

Maintain a safety-conscious mindset and follow all site protocols.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ year of Cherry Picker Forklift experience. Must pass a mandatory Harness Test and a first-day Equipment Skill Assessment.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 100% of the shift.

Compliance:

Must complete a 7-year national background check

Climate:

Ambient warehouse (non-climate controlled).
