Forklift Operator / Warehouse

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves operating heavy equipment, managing materials, and supporting warehouse distribution processes to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling, with a focus on safety and productivity. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, order pickers, crane, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Perform order picking and order fulfillment accurately using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including inventory checks and documentation Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment and report any maintenance issues Support warehouse organization by stacking pallets, managing storage areas, and maintaining a clean work environment Comply with OSHA regulations and safety standards during all operations Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary Requirements Steel toe shoes Utah Drivers License experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picker operations Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse environments Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Experience with construction or heavy equipment operation is a plus Warehouse experience including inventory management and materials handling preferred Prior warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous but not required This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are valued.
