In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, loading and unloading shipments, and managing inventory movement within a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Perform order picking using various equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Support warehouse management system (WMS) data entry for inventory tracking and order processing Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols during all operations Participate in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization of materials for efficient warehouse distribution Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practices Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve materials handling procedures Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment in a warehouse setting Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and order picking techniques Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or materials handling preferred Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

$20.00 per hour
