Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Warehouse Operator - Full Time Bulk Pax is looking for a committed and dependable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. We're looking for someone who stays engaged, takes initiative, identifies what needs to be done, and follows through without requiring constant direction.

Qualifications Authorization to work in the United States (required) Strong attendance and punctuality—reliability is key Forklift and pallet jack experience are required Experience driving a box truck or semi-truck is highly desired Clean driving record Proficient in English, both oral and written Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly Dependable transportation to and from work What You'll Do Load and unload products from trucks using hand carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts Pull orders from stock using equipment mentioned above Deliver products to customers on pre-assigned routes Ensure day-to-day logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently Pick, pack, shrink wrap, label, and palletize products Receive and process equipment shipments Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code Organize the warehouse and track inventory Perform additional duties as needed
