The Role We're looking for a Part-Time Seafood Processing Worker to efficiently perform assigned operational tasks within a seafood processing plant. The main objective is to support the work of the production area of the Plant, carrying out the work of loading and unloading raw material, finished products, necessary inputs in the production, and support in the removal of waste using a forklift. What You'll Do Ensure order, safety, and hygiene in the plant. Perform the tasks entrusted to you in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that the forklift crane is kept in optimum condition, keeping an eye on its regular maintenance Complete the forklift log daily. May perform any other necessary functions or activities within the processing plant when there are no tasks for the work for the forklift Comply at all times with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety and quality procedures to ensure product safety. Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor, such as moving materials or loading finished products for dispatch. Maintain GMP & Compliance Discipline Support enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and daily food safety expectations throughout the facility. What You'll Need 6 months of experience in a seafood, food processing, or similar industry is desirable.

Ability to work in a cold, wet environment and perform repetitive tasks. Fast paced environment High sense of responsibility and commitment. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Education & Certifications A high school diploma is preferred but not required. Ways of Working Reliable, proactive, and willing to speak up when something doesn't look right. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for doing things correctly. Adaptable and able to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment. Success in This Role Looks Like GMP and sanitation expectations are reinforced through disciplined daily execution. The production floor runs with strong attention to quality, safety, and process control. Seremoni's product standards are protected at every stage of production. Physical & Working Conditions Must be comfortable working in cold, wet, refrigerated, and fast-paced production settings. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Schedule flexibility may be required based on production needs. Weekends and evenings may be required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
