Job Description
Please call us at 920-926-9720 or stop in at 439 N Pioneer Rd, Fond du Lac, WI Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently. Move raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas. Supply production lines with necessary materials and remove finished goods. Stack, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation. Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. Ensure products are properly labeled and stored. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required. Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified. Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving procedures. Ability to safely operate forklifts in a busy warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. #MS3
