Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

Forklift Drivers in Baraboo, WI! Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable day shift opportunity with long-term potential? We are hiring dependable and safety-focused Forklift Drivers to join a leading lawn mower manufacturing and production facility in Baraboo, WI. This position will begin with approximately 24 hours per week as production ramps up, with hours expected to increase to full-time. Employees who demonstrate reliability, attendance, and strong performance may have the opportunity to be hired directly by the company before the end of the year.
Forklift Driver Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas Move raw materials, components, and finished products to designated locations Load and unload trucks and trailers Supply production lines with materials as needed Perform inventory movement and material handling tasks Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous forklift operating experience required Ability to safely maneuver materials in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
