1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available Job Summary We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a growing team in West Bend, WI. This temp-to-hire opportunity offerspetitive pay, multiple shift options, and long-term career potential. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and bemitted to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently. Transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility. Perform shipping, receiving, and material handling tasks as needed. Accuratelyplete inventory movements and related documentation. Inspect materials and products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean andanized work area. Follow allpany policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous sit-down forklift experience required. Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail andmitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or move throughout the shift. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Pay Details:
