What We Offer:

Hourly Pay :

$21.00 per hour $22.00 per hour while performing high reach replenishment

Incentive Pay:

Up to $2.00 per hour in weekly incentive pay based on productivity 100%

Your Role:

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently within our temperature-controlled warehouse.

Your tasks will include:

Safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment in a refrigerated warehouse setting. Loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring timely and accurate product movement. Handling delicate merchandise with care and documenting any damaged products. Organizing and tagging products for shipment preparation. Utilizing inventory and logistics software to track shipments and document processes. Working in a freezer environment, with proper cold weather gear provided.

What You'll Need:

Forklift Experience:

Stand-up forklift operation is required.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift. Comfort in

Cold Environments:

Ability to work in a freezer setting.

Basic Computer & Math Skills:

Ability to use inventory systems and perform simple math for accurate tracking and documentation.
