YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
You will manage a portfolio of around 650-700 mid-level donors, providing thoughtful stewardship focused on retention-based philanthropy. You will maintain and execute a communication matrix including, but not limited to, all thank, ask, and impact reporting communications, as well as stewardship strategies. You will assist with the development of engagement opportunities, marketing materials, and upgrading strategies specifically targeted to mid-level donors. You will ensure that all donor data is accurately updated in the donor database and monitor and report on program priority metrics and goals. You will collaborate with the Philanthropy Manager to develop strategies to identify and convert qualified mid-level donors into major gift portfolios. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of practical experience or a combination of education and experience in fundraising or development. Experience with mid-level donor work is a plus. You are proficient with CRM systems. You are highly results-oriented and enjoy fulfilling donor interests while achieving fundraising goals. You have superior communication skills with the ability to effectively express the need for and benefit of supporting Phoenix Rescue Mission. You are a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. You have excellent judgment and deep understanding of the highest levels of fundraising professional standards and practice, particularly relating to donor confidentiality and conflict of interest. You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
