Phoenix Metro, AZ (This is an on-site position. Regular travel to MentorKids' six Promise Neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area is required. Reliable transportation is required MentorKids USA seeks a relational, strategic, and mission-driven leader to develop and strengthen neighborhood-based fundraising and community ownership across our 6 Promise Neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Resource Development Manager (NRDC Manager) serves as the primary coach, trainer, and support partner for Neighborhood Managers and volunteer Neighborhood Resource Development Committees (NRDCs). The NRDC Manager helps Neighborhood Managers build the skills, confidence, systems, and relationships needed to become effective community fundraisers and stewards. This role is responsible for creating fundraising capacity within each neighborhood by equipping leaders to build and steward relationships that will generate long-term financial sustainability for their Promise Neighborhood. Success in this role is measured not simply by dollars raised, but by the development of healthy fundraising systems, active NRDCs, engaged supporters, and increasing neighborhood ownership of fundraising and stewardship activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Neighborhood Manager Coaching & Development Serve as the primary development coach for Neighborhood Managers. Coach and develop Neighborhood Managers to build meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and advocates that strengthen and sustain their Promise Neighborhoods. Provide fundraising leadership through portfolio reviews, donor strategy, and coaching on cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and supporter engagement. Equip Neighborhood Managers to achieve fundraising goals by creating neighborhood development plans, promoting accountability, and training them to confidently invite support through giving, sponsorships, volunteering, and advocacy NRDC Development & Volunteer Leadership Strengthen Neighborhood Resource Development Committees across all Promise Neighborhoods by recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer leaders, guiding annual planning and resource development efforts, and providing the tools and coaching needed to increase community engagement, fundraising, and overall impact. Fundraising Systems & Capacity Building Develop and support scalable fundraising systems, processes, and tools that strengthen donor management, stewardship, accountability, and fundraising performance across all Promise Neighborhoods. Campaign & Event Support Support neighborhood fundraising campaigns and events by providing planning, resources, coordination, and coaching that deepen donor engagement and advance fundraising goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent nonprofit fundraising experience. 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor development, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership. Strong relationship building, coaching, and volunteer leadership skills. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication abilities. Experience with CRM systems (Virtuous CRM+ preferred). Passion for MentorKids' mission and serving underserved communities.

Immediately Salary:
