Role Description Immediate opportunity for individual with proven real estate development experience to lead the development team for 200 - 300,000 mixed use project in Miami. Individual must have previously raised a minimum of $100 million in real estate development related equity. Pay package commensurate with experience with a bias towards project participation. Please email resume to Alejandrodeane29@gmail.com Qualifications Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving with a proven ability to develop and manage donor programs Proficiency in executing effective Fundraising campaigns and initiatives Strong background in Philanthropy and relationship-building with donors and stakeholders Solid knowledge of Budgeting and financial planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field Experience with donor management software and CRM tools is a plus
