Job Description

The Executive Director of Mission Advancement is responsible for leading and advancing the organization's philanthropic, fundraising, and mission support initiatives. This position oversees fundraising campaigns, annual appeals, donor engagement, grant development, and stewardship efforts to support the organization's strategic priorities and mission-driven initiatives. The Executive Director of Mission Mission Advancement oversees the Director of Community Relations and, together with the CEO, serves as a key relationship-builder with donors, foundations, community partners, businesses, and other stakeholders, while fostering a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. Master's Degree Preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, grants management, development, or related field preferred. Experience managing fundraising campaigns and donor relationships preferred Strong written communication and grant-writing skills. Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation abilities Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills. Experience with donor management software and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
