Aurora, IL Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Research Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Director of Fundraising and Donor Relations Rosary College Prep | Aurora, Illinois Rosary College Prep, an all-girls Catholic Dominican college preparatory high school, seeks a dynamic, relationship-focused, and mission-driven Director of Fundraising and Donor Relations to lead the school's philanthropic and advancement efforts. This full-time leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports Rosary's mission, strengthens donor and alumnae engagement, and secures resources that create transformational opportunities for young women. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled relationship builder with a passion for Catholic education, donor stewardship, and advancing a mission-driven organization. Working closely with the Head of School, Governing Board, donors, alumnae, parents, foundations, and community partners, this individual will play a key role in shaping the future of Rosary College Prep. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute annual fundraising, major gifts, donor stewardship, and advancement initiatives. Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors, alumnae, foundations, corporations, and community partners. Develop and manage annual giving campaigns, special fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement strategies. Research, prepare, and manage grant opportunities and foundation relationships. Partner with school leadership to identify funding priorities and philanthropic opportunities. Oversee donor stewardship, recognition programs, and constituent engagement efforts. Support alumnae relations and strengthen lifelong connections with Rosary graduates. Track fundraising performance and provide strategic advancement reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of successful experience in fundraising, advancement, development, donor relations, or nonprofit leadership. Demonstrated success securing major gifts and managing fundraising campaigns. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
