Maintain accurate records of donor contributions, estate planning documents such as wills or trusts when applicable, and volunteer management data to support ongoing relationship building. Skills Experience in event planning and events management to deliver memorable experiences that foster donor loyalty. Strong communication skills to secure sponsorships, partnerships or funding agreements beneficial to the organization. Ability to conduct thorough research on potential donors, community needs, and funding opportunities to inform strategic planning. Skilled in public relations tactics that promote the organization's mission through media outreach and community engagement initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in budgeting and data management.
