reviews $53,000 a year - Full-time The Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking a dynamic Fund Development Manager to support our fundraising efforts and help strengthen communities across our service area. This role is at the center of donor engagement, development operations, fundraising events, and stewardship initiatives, ensuring that every donor experience is meaningful and every fundraising effort is executed with excellence. Working closely with leadership, staff, volunteers, and community partners, you'll play a key role in advancing the YMCA's mission through philanthropy. Essential Functions Manage donor database records, gift processing, campaign tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate and effective fundraising operations. Create donor reports, dashboards, campaign analyses, and data insights that support fundraising strategies and decision-making. Support fundraising campaigns through list development, segmentation, tracking, and performance analysis. Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgments, donor stories, thank-you communications, and follow-up outreach. Lead the planning and execution of association-wide fundraising events, including logistics, vendor coordination, communications, and on-site support. Manage invitations, RSVPs, attendee tracking, event materials, and post-event reporting. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop campaign materials, event collateral, and donor engagement communications. Maintain organized records, timelines, and documentation while supporting special projects and development initiatives. Bachelor's degree required; nonprofit management, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred. Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, donor relations, event planning, database management, marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT or other donor databases preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between YMCA locations and events as needed.
