We are seeking a passionate and strategic Development Director to lead and grow our fundraising efforts during an exciting season of expansion. About the Role This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support our mission and long-term sustainability. The Development Director will work closely with the Executive Director and Board to strengthen donor relationships and expand our community of support. Key Responsibilities Lead all fundraising efforts, including annual giving, major gifts, events, sponsorships, and grants Cultivate and steward relationships with individual, corporate, church, and foundation donors Support and help manage a capital campaign for a new facility Oversee donor database (DonorPerfect) and track engagement and performance Collaborate on donor communications and fundraising materials Provide development updates and support to Board members Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus 4-5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience Proven success in donor cultivation and fundraising strategy Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with donor management systems (DonorPerfect preferred) Passion for mission-driven, faith-based work Why Join Able to Serve?
