Easterseals NH is excited to announce a new role for our Major Gifts team! The Annual Giving Manager leads strategy and execution of Easterseals' annual giving program, generating $650,000-$800,000 annually in unrestricted operating support from individuals through a multi-channel direct response fundraising program focusing on gifts up to $999.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. marketing, business etc.), OR Eight (8) years of directly related experience may be substituted for the degree Three to five (3-5) years of experience in annual giving or direct response fundraising Demonstrated success managing multi-channel fundraising campaigns Strong fundraising copywriting skills Experience using donor databases/CRM platforms for analysis and strategy, especially Blackbaud Raiser's Edge Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience in a large nonprofit or federated human services organization Familiarity with mid-level donor pipeline strategy Vendor management experience (mail houses, tele funding partners) Experience supporting recurring donor programs
Essential Responsibilities:
Annual Giving Strategy & Revenue Management Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy to meet revenue targets. Manage a portfolio of direct response campaigns including direct mail, email, annual fundraising and challenge campaigns. Work in conjunction with marketing on messaging, branding and website giving. Forecast revenue and track progress toward annual goals. Donor Acquisition, Retention & Upgrade Strategy Design segmentation strategies. Coordinate with Marketing Department pertaining to regular messaging regarding annual gifts Build structured upgrade pathways from entry-level donors to leadership annual giving and major gifts. Collaborate with Major Gifts Officers to identify qualification-ready prospects. Data Analytics & Performance Optimization Use CRM data to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign strategy. Monitor KPIs including response rate, annual gift size, donor retention rate, acquisition cost and ROI by channel. Stewardship & Donor Experience Ensure timely and meaningful stewardship for annual fund donors through donor communications. Collaborate on annual reports and impact communications tied to individual giving. Constituent Data & Systems Management Maintain strong working knowledge of Easterseals' CRM platform in coordination with Development Operations. Support accurate gift entry workflows and segmentation tracking. Monitor donor pipeline transitions into mid-level and major gifts.
Compensation:
$70,000-80,000 based on education and experience.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. (occasional weekends) What's in it for you?
