An established international educational institution is seeking a Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with key stakeholders including alumni, parents, and donors.

70K -78K / year (DOE) plus general benefit package
Working Hour:
M-F 9AM - 5PM
Key Responsibilities:
. Fundraising project planning Fundraising event planning and management Fundraising management Donor relations, planning and organizing donor receptions Donor database management Secretary to the President (schedule management, various tasks related to the President) Preparation for the Board of Directors meetings, taking and managing minutes, managing attendance, etc. Role as manager of the entire administrative office
Qualifications/requirements:
Experience in donation collection/fundraising Excellent Japanese and English language skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent Relevant working experience and experience in a managerial position PC skills appropriate for office work, software operation skills (must be willing to learn new technologies) Experience with fundraising software, such as Raiser's Edge, is desirable. Ability to communicate smoothly and build relationships with faculty, staff, students, parents, donors, etc. Ability to work in a cooperative team environment Must be willing and able to travel internationally
