Full Job Description We're Hiring:
Fund Development Director Anchor Point Ministries seeks an experienced fundraising professional to lead development efforts as we scale from serving hundreds to 10,000+ families annually.
The Role:
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategy. Cultivate major donor relationships. Lead annual giving campaigns. Write compelling grant proposals. Build corporate partnerships. Plan fundraising events (annual gala, 5K run, donor cultivation). Manage donor database and stewardship programs. Partner with Board on fundraising and donor engagement.
You Bring:
5+ years nonprofit fundraising experience with demonstrated success. Proven track record securing 5-6 figure gifts. Grant writing expertise. Major donor cultivation and stewardship skills. Event planning experience. CRM/donor database proficiency. Excellent storytelling and relationship-building abilities. Bachelor's degree required. This is an exceptional opportunity to build sustainable funding infrastructure for an organization experiencing transformational growth.
