Description:
The Interim Fundraising Specialist will provide hands-on support to keep development initiatives, donor engagement efforts, and events progressing smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, communications, and nonprofit fundraising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily development and fundraising operations Support annual giving and campaign-related communications Coordinate donor stewardship and engagement activities Provide administrative support for grant and scholarship programs Assist with planning and logistics for fundraising events and conferences Maintain donor records, reports, and materials within CRM and shared systems Collaborate with leadership, board members, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
3-6+ years of nonprofit fundraising, development, or advancement experience Experience working in nonprofit, association, education, or foundation settings Familiarity with donor databases/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills Ability to step into a fast-paced environment and work independently
