  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Resource Development Manager to lead our fundraising and relationship-building efforts.

Your expertise in nonprofit management, strategic planning, and donor engagement will empower us to achieve our mission and maximize our impact. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans aligned with organizational goals, utilizing data collection and research to identify new opportunities. Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders through effective relationship management and public relations strategies. Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and post-event analysis using event management tools. Write compelling grant proposals and donor correspondence, ensuring alignment with funding priorities and compliance requirements such as Wills, trusts & estate law. Oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress, and social media channels to increase visibility and engagement. Manage databases such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track donations, donor information, and campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, proposal writing, and strategic planning to optimize resource allocation and maximize fundraising outcomes. Skills Proven experience in nonprofit management with a strong background in fundraising, grant proposal writing, and proposal development. Expertise in event planning, events management, and volunteer management to create impactful engagement opportunities. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge for data collection and relationship management. Skilled in digital marketing tools including Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress, and social media management platforms. Excellent negotiation skills paired with strategic planning capabilities to secure partnerships and sponsorships. Strong knowledge of estate planning laws (wills, trusts & estate law) relevant to donor gift planning. Ability to research funding opportunities effectively while maintaining meticulous records of fundraising activities.
