Job Description

ALPS Adult Day Services is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and compassionate professional to join our team as our Social Impact/Fundraising Director. This leadership position is responsible for leading fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, community partnerships, digital campaigns, and organizational storytelling through multiple communication platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage fundraising, community engagement, digital marketing, and content creation strategies to advance the mission of ALPS and expand our impact throughout the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns through email, social media, websites, text messaging, and other digital platforms. Grow donor engagement, retention, and stewardship efforts. Create and manage compelling content that supports fundraising and organizational goals. Coordinate multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of fundraising events. Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, event graphics, social media content, and digital advertisements. Track campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Help build a culture of philanthropy and community engagement throughout the organization. Qualifications Strong passion for serving others and supporting the mission of ALPS Adult Day Services. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Demonstrated success in digital fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, or related fields. Experience managing fundraising campaigns that generate revenue and strengthen donor relationships. Strong organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with social media management, email marketing, and digital communication platforms. Proficiency in Canva is required, including the ability to create professional flyers, posters, event materials, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral. Demonstrated leadership ability, entrepreneurial thinking, and a self-starter mindset. Desired Characteristics Creative and innovative thinker. Strong attention to detail.
