Executive Director of Mission Advancement Pay Type:
Salary Pay Range:
$116864 per year to $146,080 (depending on experience) Join our team as the Executive Director of Mission Advancement and help drive life-changing impact across our communities. In this role, you'll lead strategic fundraising efforts, build meaningful donor relationships, and partner with YMCA leaders to grow support for programs that strengthen youth, families, and communities.
What You'll Do:
Build and manage a portfolio of major gift (5- and 6-figure) donors while developing strong, lasting relationships Lead fundraising strategies including donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship Partner with Executive Directors, boards, and teams to expand philanthropy efforts Support advisory boards and engage volunteers in mission-driven fundraising Grow the donor pipeline and align giving opportunities with YMCA priorities
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Age:
21 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive fundraising experience , including demonstrated success securing major gifts (5- and 6-figure contributions) Experience working with volunteer boards and fundraising committees Experience collaborating across departments and leadership levels Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across a defined geographic territory Experience with capital campaigns, endowment fundraising, or planned giving Experience with donor management systems and fundraising analytics tools Ability to travel; reliable transportation required Apply today!
