Fundraising Account Manager

We partner with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) organizations to expand their reach across the Houston community. We're currently hiring a full-time Fundraising Account Manager to work directly with customers at local events and retail pop-ups - managing individual accounts, handling one-time donations, and strengthening each nonprofit brand's connection to the public. Fundraising Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners at community events and retail pop-ups, creating clear and engaging introductions to each brand Manage individual customer accounts by guiding supporters through one-time donation processes with accuracy and professionalism Explain the mission and impact of each nonprofit brand in a way that feels personal and easy to understand Build trust through one-on-one interactions that encourage continued support and long-term brand engagement Track account activity, donations, and customer responses to support consistent campaign performance Work alongside other Fundraising Account Manager team members to maintain alignment on daily outreach goals Maintain a consistent, professional presence that reflects the values of each nonprofit brand What We Offer Our Fundraising Account Managers Full-time, onsite position with direct customer interaction every day Weekly pay structure: $600 base or 30% of total funds raised Hands-on development through training sessions, coaching, and feedback Real experience in account management, nonprofit outreach, and brand representation A team environment focused on growth, accountability, and meaningful results Fundraising Account Manager Skills & Qualifications This is an entry level role, so no experience is required - however, experience in fundraising, account management, or community outreach is a plus! Strong relationship building skills and the ability to connect with different types of people Passionate about both personal and professional development Excited to learn more about 501(c)(3) nonprofit management Desire to grow from entry level into a leadership role As a Fundraising Account Manager, you'll play a direct role in helping nonprofit organizations grow their reach and strengthen their brand presence within the Houston community.
