The Fundraising Sales Manager leads sales conversations that help clients understand where their contributions go, why they matter, and how they directly strengthen programs across Texas. As a Fundraising Sales Manager, you will act as the primary face of our charity partners during community-based sales outreach. The Fundraising Sales Manager guides fundraising teams to maintain a standard of sales performance while prioritizing client trust. By delivering honest and clear communication, you facilitate the sales needed to sustain vital charity programs as a Fundraising Sales Manager. Responsibilities of the Fundraising Sales Manager Lead client-facing sales efforts that connect clients to the charity's mission through engaging, in-person style conversations that build trust and awareness. Coach and develop fundraising and sales team members on how to share the organization's impact in a compelling way that encourages client participation. Cultivate strong client relationships by creating positive, memorable interactions that inspire both first-time and repeat contributions. Oversee daily fundraising activity, helping ensure sales campaigns are executed smoothly and aligned with overall donation goals. Monitor client engagement and contribution trends to support thoughtful follow-up and long-term relationship building. Drive consistent fundraising growth by turning everyday community sales interactions into ongoing charitable support. Qualifications of the Fundraising Sales Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in fundraising, sales, or management is a plus but not required. Proven reliability with client‑pipeline tracking and accurate documentation. Comfortable leading fundraising teams on client conversations and ethical practices. Committed to transparent communication, client trust, and long‑term sales development.

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
