Job Description

Make a Difference While Building Your Career At Lonestar Brand Collective , we partner with nonprofit organizations to help them expand their reach, build lasting relationships with supporters, and generate funding through community outreach and face-to-face fundraising events. Every conversation we have helps create real impact for organizations making a difference in our communities. We're currently looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Nonprofit Fundraiser . This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop professional skills in fundraising, communications, sales, marketing, public relations, and leadership while supporting meaningful causes. No previous fundraising experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship. What You'll Do As a Nonprofit Fundraiser, you'll represent our nonprofit partners at community events, retail campaigns, and outreach initiatives throughout the area. Your role will focus on building genuine connections with community members, increasing awareness of important causes, and helping secure ongoing donor support.
Responsibilities include:
Represent nationally and locally recognized nonprofit organizations at fundraising events and community outreach campaigns Educate community members about each organization's mission, programs, and impact Inspire donor support through engaging, professional, face-to-face conversations Assist with donor enrollment and fundraising initiatives Set up, organize, and maintain event displays and promotional materials Accurately record campaign activity and donor information Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve fundraising and outreach goals Continue developing communication, leadership, and professional relationship-building skills through ongoing coaching What You'll Learn Our hands-on training program is designed to help you build valuable professional skills, including: Face-to-face fundraising and donor engagement Community outreach and public communication Event marketing and campaign execution Relationship building and customer interaction Leadership development and team collaboration Professional presentation and nonprofit advocacy What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to new people Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset and coachable attitude Interest in supporting nonprofit organizations and community initiatives Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends for special events Reliable transportation to local event and campaign locations Why Join Lonestar Brand Collective?
