Job Description

The College of Business, Health, and Human Services at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) invites applications for the position of Student Development Specialist (P00001125/R0084340). This is a 12-month position to begin August 16, 2026. The College of Business, Health, and Human Services offers a range of programs designed to education, inspire, and prepare students for fulfilling careers. The college consists of five school: Business; Counseling, Human Performance; Criminal Justice and Criminology, Nursing, and Social Work. Required Qualifications Master's degree in education, academic advising, or related field; Bachelor's degree, plus experience (minimum of 2 years), in a job-related field may be substituted for the degree requirement upon approval of the search committee. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education settings; Experience working with complex database systems; Familiarity with the Workday platform.
