Job Description

Job Overview Anady Analytics LLC, an investment research and financial analytics firm, encourages entry-level candidates to apply as a Grants Writer to help develop a nonprofit organization which address financial literacy. Familiarity with areas such as Senate Bill 455, Assembly Bill 137, as well as with the California Department of Finance (DFPI) is desired. Duties Research potential funding sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors, to identify new opportunities aligned with organizational goals Develop clear, persuasive grant proposals and technical reports that effectively communicate program needs, goals, and outcomes Manage grant application processes from initial research through submission, ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality documentation Assist in contract management by reviewing terms, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and maintaining organized records of awards and reports Conduct ongoing research on funding trends and best practices to inform strategic planning and program development efforts Qualifications Strong research skills with the ability to identify suitable funding opportunities across diverse sources Excellent writing skills with a focus on technical writing, editing, proofreading, and clear communication of complex ideas Knowledge of contract management processes, including review, compliance monitoring, and record keeping Ability to develop budgets, financial reports, and program development strategies aligned with organizational goals Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
