Job Description

In this dynamic position, you'll help move money that matters — processing grants and scholarships, supporting fundraising campaigns, and keeping the data that drives donor relationships accurate and insightful. What You'll Do:
Finance Process grant and scholarship payments and craft award letters that deliver great news to recipients. Help protect the Foundation's assets using online banking tools, positive pay file management, and cash flow tracking. Review and post donations and support ACH payments to grantees and vendors. Pitch in on day-to-day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Development Be the steward of our donor data — maintaining Foundant/CSuite records, entering gifts, and sending timely acknowledgements that make donors feel valued. Turn data into strategy by generating gift reports, donor recognition lists, pledge reports, and targeted mailing lists. Support exciting campaigns, prospect research, and donor acquisition initiatives. Assist the team in bringing fundraising and cultivation events to life. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) plus experience with accounting or development software. A knack for juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, people-first attitude. Genuine enthusiasm for serving donors, grantees, and scholarship recipients.
