INTAKE SPECIALIST WITH PERSONAL INJURY EXP NEEDED SHIFTS AVAILIBLE

9AM-6PM

This position is for our Plantation or Coral Gables location

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct intake interviews on the phone and in-person to gather all pertinent potential claim information Follow up on all leads via telephone and email using 7 touches approach and within 5 minutes of receiving initial inquiry Schedule sign up meetings, calendar all appointments Conduct sign up meetings when necessary in office/offsite/at doctor's office - Obtain signed contracts & authorization forms, along with all relevant documentation Update firm CRM system, Litify, to show current lead status Review current outstanding tasks within the CRM system, Litify, on a daily basis Enter all relevant information pertaining to claim into CRM including but not limited to accident details, liability, injuries, prior attorneys, prior injuries and medical treatment and forward to attorneys for review Save all emails to CRM system; add and update doctor and attorney referrals Assist in referring callers to other firms/agencies if firm is unable to assist Scan in all sign up paperwork and documents into the document tab in CRM Once all sign up duties are completed, provide the new file to a file opener
