Secretary with experience in Grant Writing (Male or Female)

Job Summary The DYB Foundation is seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to support our daily operations and mission-driven programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others and experienced in nonprofit environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with grant research, writing support, and application tracking Manage office operations, emails, and scheduling Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service Support social media management and online communications Coordinate logistics for events and community programs Maintain organized records and administrative files

Qualifications:

Experience working with nonprofit organizations (grant experience preferred) Strong computer, internet, and social media skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

$7,680.00 - $10,000.00 per year
