SUMMARY The Retail Development Specialist serves as a Company ambassador to support and service our National Accounts through merchandising displays, selling product, and educating and training sales associates within a designated, local territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Additional duties may be assigned. Inform accounts of new product launches, product features/benefits, campaigns/promotions, special ads, contests and incentives. Stay updated on watch setting instructions, functions, features, benefits, warranties Provide service support; adjust watch bands, replace batteries Merchandise cases and top of counter displays, according to brand planograms to ensure stock is properly displayed Manage back and under stock Ensure displays, watches and cases are cleaned Ensure all watches are correctly tagged Order and distribute point-of-purchase materials Negotiate for the best space and location, and secure all visual opportunities Ensure all point-of-purchase materials are properly placed QUALIFICATIONS and
EXPERIENCE
Experience in account relationship management, a plus Experience in watch, jewelry or luxury industries, a plus Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work well in a team environment Must be available to work weekends during peak holidays and events Must be available for limited, required travel: customer meetings, trade shows, sales meetings Knowledge of GoSpotCheck, a plus
