Follow-up Specialist

Job Description BMH Group is a cash buying operation based in Kansas City, USA. We purchase distressed properties across Missouri and Ohio and run consistent lead volume week over week. We have systems, scripts, and inbound sellers already looking to move. What you'll do on a typical shift: Review new inbound leads from our active text campaigns

• Call and qualify sellers using our proven script
• Present and make offers to motivated sellers
• Schedule appointments directly onto our acquisitions calendar
• Follow up with leads that did not convert on first touch
• Keep CRM records clean so nothing falls through the cracks What the pay looks like:

Base:

$8 to $10 per hour depending on experience

• $500 bonus for every deal that closes
• Paid via Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal Job Requirements Excellent spoken and written English At least 1 year of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or similar Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection Coachable, organized, and able to follow a system independently
