JUVENILE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Position Summary In this role you will support young people involved in the juvenile justice system. In this role, you'll provide mentorship, life skills training, and advocacy to help youth overcome barriers, reduce recidivism, and build meaningful connections within their communities. What you'll do Build positive, trusting relationships with justice-involved youth to encourage behavioral and personal development Conduct assessments to identify youth strengths, needs, and risk factors Advocate for youth within the juvenile justice system, helping them navigate legal and rehabilitative processes Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary Qualifications High School Diploma Required. Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle. Pass current, applicable clearances. Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.Benefits:
