Position Summary Tenfold is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and grow the organization's comprehensive fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, and communications strategy. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CDO will play a critical role in helping shape Tenfold's future growth while advancing the organization's mission and visibility throughout the community. The Chief Development Officer will oversee major gifts, corporate giving, grants, planned giving, stewardship, special events, communications, and donor engagement initiatives while leading and mentoring the development team. This position partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Development Committee, community stakeholders, and donors to strengthen sustainable and unrestricted funding that supports both staff investment and expanded client services. Key Responsibilities Fundraising & Development Leadership Develop and lead Tenfold's annual development strategy and fundraising plan Expand unrestricted and major gift fundraising initiatives Build and strengthen corporate, foundation, and community partnerships Lead donor stewardship and relationship management efforts Oversee planned giving, annual giving, and campaign initiatives Support and guide grant strategy in collaboration with internal teams Leadership & Strategy Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team Partner with the CEO and Board on fundraising strategy and organizational growth Build and support an engaged Development Committee Monitor fundraising performance, ROI, and development metrics Help position Tenfold for long-term sustainability and strategic expansion Marketing & Community Engagement Oversee marketing and communications initiatives aligned with Tenfold's mission and brand Represent Tenfold within the community through presentations, partnerships, and outreach Strengthen visibility and donor engagement throughout Lancaster County Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and support the development of Tenfold team and Board Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Align team roles and priorities with organizational fundraising goals Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising, donor development, or advancement leadership Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience leading fundraising campaigns, major gifts, and donor stewardship initiatives Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership abilities Experience supervising and mentoring staff preferred Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, Board members, donors, and community stakeholders Commitment to Tenfold's mission and core values of Empowerment, Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benefits & Perks Competitive base salary starting at $85,000 Generous incentive and performance compensation program Health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Meaningful, mission-driven work with strong community impact Why Join Tenfold Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing nonprofit organization Highly visible leadership role with direct organizational impact Collaborative and mission-focused culture Strong community reputation and engaged leadership team Ability to make a lasting difference in housing stability and financial empowerment throughout Lancaster County Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Tenfold is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Pay:
