Position Summary Tenfold is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and grow the organization's comprehensive fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, and communications strategy. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CDO will play a critical role in helping shape Tenfold's future growth while advancing the organization's mission and visibility throughout the community. The Chief Development Officer will oversee major gifts, corporate giving, grants, planned giving, stewardship, special events, communications, and donor engagement initiatives while leading and mentoring the development team. This position partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Development Committee, community stakeholders, and donors to strengthen sustainable and unrestricted funding that supports both staff investment and expanded client services.
