Description:
Device Support Specialist (DSS) Wisconsin Field-Based | Full-Time | Exempt At Novocure, we are patient-forward, aspiring to make a difference in cancer. Together with our patients, we strive to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer by developing and commercializing our innovative therapy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver patientforward care by educating and supporting patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy Conduct inhome, virtual, and occasional clinic visits to train patients, collect data, and troubleshoot equipment Manage your territory independently, including scheduling, travel, and followup care Partner with Territory Managers and crossfunctional teams to support patient and provider needs Complete required documentation, training, and administrative tasks accurately and on time
ABOUT YOU
Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience Experience in oncology, clinical care, or a patientfacing healthcare role strongly preferred Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently in the field Comfort with frequent travel (~60%), including overnight stays and air travel Valid driver's license, basic technical proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $54,000
  • $90,000/yr.
This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
