Director of Development & Church Engagement Half-Time Contract (Approximately 20 Hours/Week)

Position Summary Working closely with the Executive Director and President, the Director of Development & Church Engagement will help strengthen Beyond90's long-term sustainability by cultivating major donors, securing grant funding, leading fundraising initiatives, and building strategic partnerships with churches and community organizations. This position is ideal for a relationship-builder who believes that fundraising is ministry—connecting generous people and organizations with opportunities to transform lives. Primary Responsibilities Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual and major donors. Research, write, and manage grant opportunities. Build strategic fundraising partnerships with individual donors, churches, foundations, businesses, and community organizations. Expand Beyond90's network of church partners who support refugee families through generosity, service, and advocacy. Develop and coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor communications. Represent Beyond90 throughout the community and share the stories of lives being transformed. Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and contractors to strengthen Beyond90's fundraising capacity and community engagement. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Three or more years of nonprofit development experience (five or more years preferred). Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant writing. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience working with churches, faith-based organizations, or volunteer-driven ministries is highly desirable.
