About Us:
Rudzina Health has a mission to help nonprofit, rural, and disadvantaged healthcare, receive funding that is available to further their mission in providing affordable care and health programs to underserved communities. We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to identify, apply for, and manage grants that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and private donors. Write compelling grant proposals, applications, and supporting documents. Collaborate with program managers and leadership to align proposals with organizational goals. Develop and maintain a grants calendar to track application deadlines and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and reporting obligations. Maintain records of past and current grant applications, awards, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in grant writing, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong research and analytical skills to identify relevant funding sources. Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities. Knowledge of healthcare policies, programs, and funding landscapes is a plus. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, or government grants. Previous educator experience such as teacher Familiarity with grant databases and submission platforms.
