San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas Full-Time We are currently hiring a Business Growth Development Specialist to help drive our continued growth. At Premier Pediatric Therapy, we transform communication challenges into confidence, connection, and measurable outcomes for children and families. As a growing provider of pediatric therapy services, we offer in-home and hybrid options designed to increase access, consistency, and impact across the communities we serve. This position will require working closely with our Texas In-Home team. This role is responsible for driving growth by increasing patient referrals and attracting qualified applicants to Premier Pediatric Therapy. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with regional referral partners, including physicians, community care providers, hospitals, and managed care organizations. Through proactive outreach, strategic marketing, and ongoing relationship development, this role plays a key part in expanding our presence and impact across the communities we serve. To accomplish this objective, the Role must conduct consistent and meaningful sales calls targeting new and current customers within their assigned markets. The Role serves as a role model of the organization's core values, works with his/her director to formulate an operational plan for assigned markets, and supports programs that are aligned with Premier Pediatric Therapy's purpose/mission and fully integrated with the organization's strategic plan and operational goals. Works collaboratively with other leaders within and across the organization to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial goals. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and the organization's policies and procedures.WORK ENVIRONMENT

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing is required. Healthcare sector experience is preferred. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
