Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support wireless sales initiatives by engaging customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. Manage inventory levels, assist with budgeting processes, and ensure accurate pricing of merchandise. Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Monitor store performance metrics and collaborate with management to implement strategies for improvement. Maintain a clean and organized store environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail setting. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; prior experience in wireless sales is a plus. Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and pricing accuracy. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to achieve their best performance. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff alike. Familiarity with market trends in the retail industry is advantageous.
