Job Description

Ross Downing CDJR of Mobile is looking for a General Manager/leader immediately. Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used, as well as fixed operations. Candidates must have management experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude and a
HIGH ENERGY

Qualifications:
Dealership management experience required Experience with new, pre-owned, and fixed operations Must be able to handle dealership staffing Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI Strong communication skills Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitude Planning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high-performance team Self-motivated with a passion to achieve high standards Valid driver's license and good driving record Manage the inventory including possibly ordering and dealer trades We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package and all the tools you will need to be successful.
