broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Formulate long-term strategic plans and leads multidisciplinary teams to achieve program objectives and navigate organizational challenges. Work collaboratively with senior management to establish fundamental operational battle rhythms, ensuring all initiatives and staff work align with MDA and higher-level directives. - Establish and maintain active, strategic communication channels with internal components, external customers, and agency partners. Seeks out and capitalizes on partner opportunities that align with the GM mission to enhance overall strategic success. Resolve complex program office issues and conduct organizational studies to continuously refine mission readiness and streamline execution. Direct human capital strategies and resource allocation to optimize asset deployment and build a resilient, high performance workforce. Requirements Conditions of employment Must be a U.S.

Qualifications You may qualify at the NH04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the
NH-03/GS-13
grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 3 of the 5 specialized experience listed below to be qualified: Directing the application of management principles, practices, methods, and techniques for a large, diverse organization. Leading the development, implementation and administration of organizational policies and procedures. Regulating the management of multi-faceted projects/programs and establish management priorities to improve operational efficiency. Cultivating strategic partnerships, forging critical coalitions, driving executive-level engagements with General/Flag Officers (GO/FO), Senior Executive Service (SES) officials, or prominent civic/community leaders. Strategic communicator, familiar with current communication means and establishing staff processes. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
