Summary:

Raindrop Car Wash is dedicated to delivering a consistently excellent customer experience through friendly service, clean facilities, and high-quality washes. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the second-in-command at a location, responsible for daily operations, team leadership, sales performance, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient site.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a strong sales culture, increasing memberships and revenue Open/close the site and manage staffing levels Ensure consistent execution of procedures across all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel) Coach team members on customer engagement and sales techniques Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction Enforce company policies and performance standards Identify and address mechanical or operational issues Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills Sales experience with a customer-focused approach Confident decision-making under pressure Ability to manage team performance and uphold standards Basic mechanical knowledge preferred Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Able to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors

Working Conditions:

Outdoor role with exposure to weather, water, chemicals, and equipment. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and fill scheduling gaps as needed.
