An Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding the Super Team to achieve goals by overseeing daily operations, upholding Superplay's pillars of Clean, Safe & Friendly , providing instruction, Super Team members, , , and acting as a key link between Super Team members and Management, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities Supervision & Guidance:

Oversee daily tasks, provide coaching, offer feedback, and ensure the standard of Clean, Safe & Friendly are being achieved.

Communication:

Act as a liaison, relaying information from Management and escalating Super Team level issues.

Performance Management:

Monitor progress, conduct feedback sessions and hold Super Team members accountable for their performance.

Task Management:

Organize workloads, prioritize tasks, ensure timely task completion, and ensure labor hours are in line with business need.

Team Building:

Foster a positive, collaborative environment and motivate team members.
